Use License

Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the spa provider. Payment processing is handled securely by our partners.

Independent Providers; No Responsibility for Treatments

The Golden Circle is an independent directory and information service. We do not own, operate, employ, supervise, or control any of the spas, clinics, medical or skincare practitioners, or other businesses listed on the platform (“Providers”), and we are not affiliated with them unless expressly stated. All treatments, procedures, consultations, products, and services are provided solely by the independent Providers, who are exclusively responsible for them.

No Endorsement or Warranty

Listings, descriptions, ratings, images, and AI-generated educational content are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee. We make no warranty as to the qualifications, licensing, safety, legality, quality, pricing, availability, or outcomes of any Provider or treatment. You are responsible for independently verifying a Provider’s credentials and suitability and for consulting a licensed professional before undergoing any treatment.

Assumption of Risk

Cosmetic and medical-aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks. Any decision to contact, book, or undergo treatment with a Provider is made at your own risk and is a matter solely between you and the Provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Golden Circle disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, damage, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from or relating to any Provider, treatment, booking, payment, cancellation, or interaction, whether or not arranged through the platform.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules or laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Golden Circle shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
